Ever had poison ivy? If you are like most people, you have had poison ivy at some point in your life. It is not pleasant. You might think this unfriendly foe is not in your backyard but it is. Do not let this plant ruin you summer. Use these lawn care tips to keep poison ivy out of your yard.
Poison ivy is lurking a lot more backyards then most realize. This plant can crop up in overgrown flowerbeds, gardens, and even yards that are not well maintained. The best way to not come in contact with it is to make sure you properly remove it from your backyard once you do spot it. Remember, leaves with three, let it be. The old saying goes a long way with preventing an unfortunate rash from poison ivy.
